February 4, 2025 Findings and Order rescinded and substituted with a new Findings, Award, and Order; matter remanded to trial level for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
The Appeals Board granted reconsideration, rescinded the July 12, 2024 Findings and Award, substituted a new Findings and Award restating the WCJ's decision except deferring issues of temporary disability from November 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021, and the mechanism of injury under Labor Code section 4656(c)(3). The matter was returned to the trial level for further proceedings.
The WCAB granted reconsideration to amend the Findings to find injury to the left shoulder only, not bilateral shoulders, and otherwise affirmed the Findings and Award, including no substantial evidence for right knee apportionment.
The September 29, 2023 Findings and Award and Order is affirmed except amended to defer issues of credit for overpayment of temporary disability and EDD's entitlement to reimbursement; matter returned to trial level for further proceedings.

The Appeals Board granted reconsideration, amended the Findings of Fact and Award to remove the temporary disability award due to insufficient evidence, and ordered further development of the record. The remainder of the WCJ's decision was affirmed with amendments to include all stipulated injured body parts.
The March 3, 2020 Findings and Award and Order is affirmed except that the findings and award of temporary disability and EDD reimbursement are rescinded. The liens of Dr. Haronian, California Interpreters, Spine and Ortho Center, and the Employment Development Department are disallowed.
