The WCAB granted the Petition for Reconsideration, amending the Findings and Order to apply the 1997 Permanent Disability Rating Schedule instead of the 2005 schedule.
The Finding of Fact of February 4, 2019 is affirmed; the matter is returned to the trial level for further proceedings to determine the injured body parts.
