From the decision · page 1Defendant timely petitioned for reconsideration of the November 15, 2024 Amended Findings and Order issued by the workers' compensation administrative law judge (WCJ), wherein the WCJ found in part that defendant was liable in full for the lien of RMS Medical (RMS), less amounts previously issued. We granted defendant's petition on June 16, 2025, to further review the merits of the petition in light of the entire record and applicable law.
