From the decision · page 1Defendant seeks reconsideration of the December 1, 2023 Findings and Award wherein the workers' compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) found that, while employed as an in-home care giver on October 20, 2010, applicant sustained industrial injury to her bilateral upper extremities, including her left shoulder, cervical spine and psyche, causing permanent total disability.1
