From the decision · page 1Applicant has filed a petition entitled "Objection to Any and All Matters Resulting From Trial on March, 18, 2025" and a supplemental petition entitled "Objection to Any and All Matters Including Orders in Regards to Trial on May 13, 2025". We have accepted the petitions as seeking disqualification of the workers' compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) based upon the allegation that the WCJ has colluded with defendant to implant electronic devices into applicant's body in order to control her conduct in this matter.
