What was disputed, and how it came out
Each issue the panel decided, with the reasoning it gave. An outcome is what this panel did on this record — not a rule, and not a prediction.
The WCAB found that further review of the record was necessary to determine if the WCJ's findings were supported by substantial evidence and to ensure due process, so reconsideration was granted and a final decision deferred.
From the decision · page 15We express no opinion on the ultimate resolution of these matters. For the foregoing reasons, IT IS ORDERED that lien claimants' Petition for Reconsideration of the Findings and Order After Remand issued by the workers compensation administrative law judge on June 17, 2025, is GRANTED.
