From the decision · page 1On July 15, 2025, the matter proceeded to trial. More than five weeks have passed. Yet, we have not received notice from applicant's attorneys that the trial took place, and we have not received notice that the petition is withdrawn. This lack of action on applicant's part appears to contradict his premise that a delay of three weeks to commence trial caused him harm. Accordingly, the petition for removal is now moot, and we will dismiss the petition.
