From the decision · page 9Accordingly, we grant the Petition for Reconsideration, and issue Notice of our Intention to rescind the arbitrator's decision and return the matter to the arbitrator if a complete record of the proceedings as stated in WCAB Rule 10995(c)(3) is not filed in EAMS within thirty (30) days after service of this Notice (plus additional time for mailing) in accordance with AD Rule 10205.12(b).
