From the decision · page 1On September 11, 2024, a workers' compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) issued an order setting this matter for trial. On September 23, 2024, defendant filed a petition for removal in response to the order. On December 23, 2024, the parties entered into a Compromise and Release (C&R), and the WCJ issued an order approving the C&R.
