From the decision · page 1It has come to the attention of the Appeals Board that while this matter was pending on removal, the Petition for Removal of the Findings and Order issued on March 14, 2022, has been withdrawn by petitioner as of December 20, 2023. Further, a proposed signed Compromise and Release agreement was filed by the defendant on November 6, 2023. Therefore, we will dismiss the Petition for Removal.
