From the decision · page 1Lien claimant, Physical Rehabilitation Services, seeks reconsideration of the January 25, 2025 Findings of Fact issued by the workers' compensation administrative law judge (WCJ). Therein, the WCJ found that applicant, while allegedly employed during the period from April 27, 2016 through Marcy 27, 2017, as a laborer, claims to have sustained industrial injury to his shoulders, arms, legs, hands, lumbar, and knees. The WCJ further found that the dates of service provided by the lien claimant were in the delay period, that employment was not established, and that defendant is not liable for the treatment provided by lien claimant.
