For the foregoing reasons, IT IS ORDERED as the Decision After Reconsideration of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board that the Opinion and Order Granting Petition for Reconsideration issued by the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board on January 18, 2023 is VACATED.
