From the decision · page 1We have considered the allegations of the Petition for Removal and the contents of the report of the workers' compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) with respect thereto. Based on our review of the record, and based upon the WCJ's analysis of the merits of the petitioner's arguments in the WCJ's report, and for the reasons stated below, we will grant reconsideration, amend the WCJ's decision to admit the reports of Robert Afra, M.D., and Jens Dimmick, M.D., and otherwise affirm the May 31, 2022 Findings and Order.
