The WCJ found the medical opinion of Agreed Medical Evaluator Jeffrey Hirsch M.D. to be substantial medical evidence that the death was not industrial in origin, rejecting the applicant's contentions of bias and speculation.

This is not borne out by a review of Dr. Hirsch'sreporting. For the reasons set forth below this judge found the reporting of Dr. Hirsch to besubstantial medical evidence.
